Ingredients: (2-4 Serving)How To Make Cheese Sauce

1. 50 gram Cheddar Cheese

2. 200 gram Gruyere Cheese

3. 250 ml White Wine and 20 ml Brandy

4. 1 tsp Fresh Garlic Mince

5. 100 ml Fresh Milk

6. 1 tbsp Corn Flour

7. 1 tsp White Pepper Powder

8. 3 gram Cumin

9. 1 big slice of Onion

10. 1 tsp Lemon Juice

Method:

1. Heat up a pan, use the onion slice to wipe around inside of the pan. Remove the onion slice.

2. Pour in the fresh milk, and continue to cook until the temperature is about 70-80 degree Celsius.

3. Meanwhile, shred the booth cheese type into thin slices, mix evenly with corn flour.

4. Put the shredded cheese slices into the pan little by little, stir well, once it has dissolve into the milk, put in some more cheese slowly. Avoid putting too much at a time and stir well to avoid the cheese form into cheese blocks.

5. Add in white wine and brandy for flouring.

6. Add in lemon juice and white pepper powder for flouring too.

7. Serve while hot.
